We are looking for a Financial Office Assistant for an office in Amsterdam at the Zuidas. We are looking for someone who will ensure that everything runs smoothly for both the financial administration and the office work. The position can be filled both part-time and full-time. (24 - 37.5 hours) You will work in a team with 5 to 10 other colleagues.
Your tasks include:
- Ensuring a well-organized office environment, such as purchasing office supplies and catering;
- Receiving guests;
- Independently carry out administration and invoicing;
- Entering and processing incoming invoices;
- Assisting with audits;
- Maintaining the mailbox;
- Other supporting tasks.
Job requirements
We are looking for someone who likes to combine Financial Administration and office tasks.
You also have the following:
- Strong organizational skills, and not afraid to use them;
- You work well independently, but also in a team;
- Good knowledge of finances;
- Skills with financial software;
- You have a proactive working attitude;
- You speak fluent English (NL is an advantage).
Proficiency in the English language is important at this international company, which is why taking English language tests is part of this procedure.
